ONTAMA BUKKAKE UDON
Our bukkake sauce topped with a soft boiled egg.
Our traditional broth with a light fish and seaweed taste.
Niku udon has the same broth as the Kake udon topped with sweet beef and caramelized onions.
Kamaage udon comes straight from the boiler and doesn't go through a cooling process making the noodles more texturized all around. It is served with a hot dipping sauce (Bukkake sauce) which is more flavorful than the Kake broth.
Zaru udon is the cold version of the Kamaage udon. It's served with a side of our cold dipping sauce which is more flavorful than the Kake broth.

Don't forget all the little extras that you can garnish your udon with! For Kake udon, there's a soup dispenser where you can add as much or little as you like. There is a sauce and condiments area which includes various tempura sauces, chili flakes and wasabi, Tenkasu (tempura crumbs), Welsh green onions, freshly grated ginger— all available for you to season your udon to your liking.
