ONTAMA BUKKAKE UDON
Our bukkake sauce topped with a soft boiled egg.
Our traditional broth with a light fish and seaweed taste.
Niku udon has the same broth as the Kake udon topped with sweet beef and caramelized onions.
Kamaage udon comes straight from the boiler and doesn't go through a cooling process making the noodles more texturized all around. It is served with a hot dipping sauce (Bukkake sauce) which is more flavorful than the Kake broth.
Zaru udon is the cold version of the Kamaage udon. It's served with a side of our cold dipping sauce which is more flavorful than the Kake broth.
