These aren't your typical udon noodles. Sanuki-style Udon is known for its backbreaking noodle-making process that results in a delicious toothsome meal. Choose from the offerings below and tailor it to your tastes.

Udon

CURRY UDON

A mild Japanese curry with shredded beef and onions.

BUKKAKE UDON

Cold udon served in a flavorful sauce.

ONTAMA BUKKAKE UDON

Our bukkake sauce topped with a soft boiled egg.

KAKE UDON

Our traditional broth with a light fish and seaweed taste.

NIKU UDON

Niku udon has the same broth as the Kake udon topped with sweet beef and caramelized onions.

KAMAAGE UDON

Kamaage udon comes straight from the boiler and doesn't go through a cooling process making the noodles more texturized all around. It is served with a hot dipping sauce (Bukkake sauce) which is more flavorful than the Kake broth.

ZARU UDON

Zaru udon is the cold version of the Kamaage udon. It's served with a side of our cold dipping sauce which is more flavorful than the Kake broth.

Tempura

VEGETABLE TEMPURA

An assortment of kakiage, asparagus, pumpkin, mushroom, sweet potato, eggplant and croquettes.

SEAFOOD TEMPURA

An assortment of seafood is available, including ebi (shrimp), chikuwa (fishcake).

FRIED CHICKEN

Crispy-fried marinated chicken — Japanese-style.

Musubi

SPAM MUSUBI

A Japanese twist to a local favorite cooked with Marukame's original sweet sauce.

SALMON MUSUBI

A lighty salted rice ball filled with fresh salmon flakes and covered with seaweed.
